How To Increase Your Site's Productivity
An online business requires a website customized with concepts of Internet marketing to increase its Internet accessibility. Considering that there may be thousands of sites on the Internet that have the same concept as your business, you need to take the necessary steps to ensure that you come out on top of the competition by making it 100% accessible to your potential clients and customers.
There are plenty of Internet marketing strategies you can implement on your page to ensure that your potential consumers can bring it up when they need it. Here are some concepts that should help you out.
1. Search Engine Optimization -- Keywords And Links
Search Engine Optimization or SEO is one of the basic concepts you can implement on your page to boost its online accessibility. By tapping to the power of search engines to look for information online, you can easily improve your site traffic with a few well-placed keywords and links to improve its page rank.
This method requires a thorough understanding of the keywords used that reflects your online content. You need to make sure that the keywords or phrases you place on your page are widely used by the people online. After listing down keyword variations, you need to properly implement them on your page to make sure that search engines can pick them up.
After sprucing up your page with keywords, you need to implement off-site optimization using links to improve its page rank. To put it simply, you need to make sure that your site is on the first page of search engine results and keywords can only give you a limited placement no matter how many you put on your page. You need to spread your links around the World Wide Web to achieve a higher page rank.
2. Social or Business Bookmarking
Aside from improving your page with SEO, you need to manually improve your accessibility by spread your links to potential customers on the World Wide Web. You can easily implement link building strategies, but the time needed for its implementation might be too much for you to handle.
A simple way to spread your links on the Internet is to dabble a bit in social or business bookmarking. You can place a link of your site in a bookmarking community and open it to the rest of the members. If they like you content, they will save your link into their own bookmarks and spread it to their network.

Affiliate Marketer, Target The Music Fans!
School is out for the summer, and this is a high chance for affiliate marketer to target music market. According to Hitwise Intelligence report, the weekly market share of visits for a custom category of Social Networking websites reached 6.82% for the week ending June 6, 2008.
This is still lower than the traffic peak in June of last year, but is the highest level since the Christmas holidays. Heather Dougherty.
Since the UK market search is dominated 87.30% by Google (TechRadar). If you target the UK market, there is a chance to compete your traffic using Google Adwords.
The massive amount of traffic is dominated by certain music and ticketing website. If we want to get the best result, we should gather more specific keywords. We may use Wordze, Google Zeitgeist, ot Google Trends to see the trends.
iPhone 3G got the buzz, are we should promote that?
The trends shows that iPhone 3G really got the buzz but as I expected, there is too many competitors out there. Research from Wordze shows that there is a high competitions from big company like Apple, Gizmodo, ComputerWorld. If you want to build or post a blog post about iPhone 3G, the wordrank and the 5,250,000 result shows that that’s harder to win this competition.

Business Plan Competitive Analysis
© Bonny Albo
The Competition section of a business plan usually comes after the Market Analysis section in the Business Overview, which is usually found at the very start of all business plans. It can also be one of the more challenging portions of a business plan, and for good reason: scoping out both the direct and indirect competitors of a specific business idea is time consuming, sometimes frustrating, and its results can force you to change your whole business plan idea entirely. Then again, that's why you want to write a business plan before you start any business - to alleviate those sorts of pesky problems. So grab a pen and paper, and start working through your competitive analysis now.
Type of Competition
There are two different types of competition: direct and indirect. Direct competitors are other businesses vying for the same customers that you currently are or will be once your doors open. For instance, a children's clothing store would have other kids clothing stores as direct competition. Indirect competition, on the other hand, are businesses that may take business away from your customer base, but they may not as well. They aren't selling exactly what you have to offer, but a consumer might think they do. Using the kids clothing store example again, some indirect competitors would be used clothing stores and seamstresses.
Write a list of the different types competitors you have now, generalizing them into categories instead of business names for the time being. If you aren't coming up with more than one or two indirect competitors, ask friends or family for ideas.
Competitors
Once you have several types of competitors listed in your competitive analysis, it's time to come up with some real-life examples of each one. If you have a lot of competitors in one area, then it's fine to generalize once again. Department stores are a direct competitor for a kids clothing store; there is no need to list them all in a business plan, since most will be in competition with your business along the same lines as one another. But if there is a mom and pop shop down the street that is unique and potentially a big pull for your customers that also sells clothing for wee ones, make sure to list their name here. As well, for each competitor or category of competitor, write a small blurb to describe the company in a very general way for someone who may know nothing about the industry or your geographic area.
Competitors' Strengths and Weaknesses
Now comes the fun part: visiting the companies you've listed in the competitors section of your competitive analysis. Whether it's a visit to your competitors store or online marketplace, you'll need to go as if you are a secret shopper, tuned into every nuance of the business. How do they show their merchandise? What are their prices like? How helpful are the staff? How many customers are there?
Take notes on each of the competitors or categories you have listed. Who does what better? What can you compete with, and what can't you? For instance, you may not have prices as inexpensive as the big box stores, but you have locally produced products that are one-of-a-kind and cannot be found elsewhere. Every business has strengths and weaknesses, and it's your job now, while writing this business plan, to figure out what each one's is.
Competitive Advantage
The rest of the competitive analysis talks about your competitors, but the competitve advantage is where your business is supposed to shine. What do you do - or plan on doing - differently? Why would customers come to your store and not the others you have listed? Again, every business will excel at some things and not so much at others, so there is no reason for you to pump things up extraordinarily either. Anyone who reads your business plan is looking for realism, not pie in the sky dreams, so make sure that this section really shows off your strengths in the best light possible.

Personal Goal Statement
I want to accomplish a number of goals by starting Hidden Treasure Records. I want to prove that I can operate a successful and worthwhile business by drawing on my educational background and experience. I feel that choosing and selling alternative music at a fair price will be an honest service to my customers and the community in general. I want to spend my time working with customers and people in the music industry who share my values.
Finally, I want the chance to make a better living than I can make by working for others, along with the responsibility and freedom to be my own boss.
In an effort to set more Personal goals in life we need to have a personal goal planning session of our own. Personal goal setting is very personal and one must look inward to understand what it is they truly want to accomplish. setting personal goals requires discipline, time, and a desire to make personal change. achieving personal goals can be as simple as making a promise and keeping that promise. To achieve our goals many people will create what is called a personal goal statement. This will help the individual understand exactly what the goal is about and why they feel the goal is important to them. The individual should ask questions like How will this goal affect me if achieved? Is this a personal development goal? or is this a career development goal? How will this goal affect me in the 4 areas of life, body, heart, mind, and spirit? There are hundreds if not thousands of personal goal examples available to us however evaluate your life, identify what is truly important and determine what areas of life would you like to affect and what do you see as the most important goal you could work on.
Take one goal at a time, one week at a time, set a goal for a week, a few days, or even today. Some examples of personal goals could be as simple as arising at 5:55 every morning for the next week, write in a journal for 30 days, read an inspirational book, establish an exercise routine, Go on a 1 week vacation with the family to Hawaii, Go running every day for 1 month. You'll notice that these goals are specific enough to see the begin as well as the end, and they will allow you to identify specific steps or questions you can ask yourself each day to establish accountability to yourself in accomplishing the goal. Your goals should be surrounded by the roles that you currently fulfill.

Future Trends and Risk Analysis
Future Trends
There are two conflicting trends affecting my business. First, more consumers are purchasing through the Internet. However, there is still a percentage of the population without access to this technology. They prefer to personally visit stores and shop. Hidden Treasure Records L.C. will accommodate both types of consumers by having a retail store and a web site.
Second, large media and bookstores carry a wide selection of music. As a result, Hidden Treasure Records will concentrate heavily on the latest trends in music and the more obscure items not likely to be found in the larger stores.
Risk Analysis
Like every new business, Hidden Treasure Records L.C. faces risks. I believe I can overcome each risk with the actions discussed below, and Hidden Treasure can thrive for many years.
Here are the major risks I anticipate and how I plan to deal with them:
- Thin Capitalization
The primary risk we face is thin capitalization. This meaning our inventory may have to turn over more than the average record store. This will be compensated by the specialized nature of new products. This creates a sense of urgency to purchase goods before they go out of print and become unavailable to our consumer. A second problem with thin capitalization lies with sales volume projections. If these are not met for the first year, the small working capital reserves may be inadequate. On the positive side, we believe our sales projects are very conservative and we will have little trouble meeting and exceeding them. Also, we have had several potential customers express an interest in specifically shopping at our store. In addition, by starting with relatively modest capital, our loan payments will be smaller. - Slow Times
A secondary risk is slow times. The proposed site experiences very slow times during the first few months of the year. Having worked in the area before, I am aware of this and will set aside money from profitable months to cushion against such down time. Also by keeping overhead low, primarilyin the number of employees, I should be able to reduce the effect of slow times. - Competition
There is a slight risk with competition, two records stores within downtown Northbrook. However, most of what Hidden Treasure will carry is unavailable at these other shops. Proper pre-opening promotion and regular advertising, along with a helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly staff will attract our target customers. A similar store, Replay Records, thrived at this location for six years, confirming a large existing market. - Owner's Ability
I have never operated an independent business before, however, I have managed a similar store with an absentee owner. I can see no insurmountable problems resulting from being on my own. I already have an accountant, lawyer, and the advice of a retired family member who built a million dollar business. I have taken steps toward my goal by filing Hidden Treasure Records L.C. as a business, opening accounts with distributors, and achieving profits through a small customer base.
In short, I believe that I have addressed the major risks facing my business and have demonstrated that those risks are manageable.

Marketing Plan
Record Store Business Plan
Typical Target Customer
Mike is 21 years of age with some college education. He is a cultured student, but works too, so he has plenty of money for entertainment: particularly music, books, movies, and shows. Mike is an intelligent, open minded, and unique individual, not your ordinary Top 40 radio music purchaser. Primarily, Mike spends most of his free time listening to music and reading magazines to keep updated on the music he enjoys. Although music is a hobby for Mike, it is something he takes very seriously. He collects rarities not only for listening pleasure, but also for their collectability and will search everywhere to find exactly what he wants. Mike likes going to shows frequently, and the best way for him to find out about them is to pick up the local alternative newspaper or visit a record store that posts fliers for upcoming music events. Mike also likes to give his business to independently owned stores whenever possible due to the comfortable, personalized shopping experience. Occasionally, Mike logs on to a friend's or the school's computer to search the Internet for other specialty shops carrying the items he is interested in.
Reaching the Target Customer
—Advertising in weekly newspapers —Create mailing list for upcoming in-store appearances and periodic sales —Enter notices in computer networks —Place announcements in weekly newspapers —Possible free promotion in form of an article in the local daily paper
Marketing Budget Pre-Opening Promotion
—Flyer-full page and quarter page to scatter throughout key metro areas | $150 |
—Advertisement in weekly newspapers | $250-$500ea |
—Grand Opening publicity from the Chicago Chamber of Commerce | $195 |
TOTAL | $900-1,300 |
Monthly Advertising
—Regular newsletters to mailing list detailing new release listening parties, sale items, and upcoming in-store appearances | $50 |
—Advertising in weekly newspapers every other month or less | $175 |
TOTAL | $225 and up |
Competition
The northern Chicago area has four active record stores that will compete with Hidden Treasure Records.
- Replay Records: Although not located in Northbrook, its inventory competes most directly with Hidden Treasure's. Recently, it has suffered from high employee turnover. Replay also has high prices, and its quantity of current releases has been lacking, primarily because of a decrease in business due to its relocation. Hidden Treasure will differ from Replay by being in a highly visible location, offering a wider selection at lower prices, and having a friendly staff and atmosphere.
- Cool Beats: This record store has been a Northbrook staple for a number of years. It offers a wide selection of fairly priced items. It also contains listening stations for people to sit down and sample the music before purchasing. The main difference between Cool Beats and Hidden Treasure is that they do not specialize in the same product lines. Also, their interior space is limited. Cool Beats has recently moved from Schilling Park Avenue to First Street. This would make Hidden Treasure the sole record store on Schilling Park.
- Surrounded by Sound: This is also a very popular store in the northern Chicago area. Its basic problem is that it lacks a proficient sales staff. It also has a crowded, unorganized interior. Hidden Treasure will take particular pride in its customer friendly environment and knowledgeable staff. Hidden Treasure Records also plans to be very competitive with prices on items that are also carried by Surrounded by Sound. They, however, also cater to a different music consumer than Hidden Treasure—they do not carry the off-the-wall, hard-to-find, trendsetting products that Hidden Treasure will specialize in.
- Harmony House: This is a very convenient store for the one-stop shopper. They carry all types of music, along with having a Ticketmaster machine. Harmony House also has a computerized special ordering system, which is very helpful. A major fault of Harmony House is that they have high prices. One major benefit for Hidden Treasure is that they are not located in the downtown Northbrook area. Also, Hidden Treasure will offer much greater personalized service, and have an efficient special ordering system of its own that should satisfy the customer with the most particular of tastes.

Problem Statement and Business Description
Problem Statement
Many music consumers enjoy purchasing for collectability along with their passion for the music. I am one of these people. Many people have a hard time finding the things they want at existing chain and mall record stores. One major reason for this is that many record stores do not take the time to teach their employees to research the specialized nature of the market. These customers are also looking for convenience of location and fair market prices. Also, these people enjoy talking to someone who is knowledgeable, interested in the same types of music they want, and in what the store carries in general. In many cases, people will come from many miles away because there are few stores offering the same specific goods.
Business Description
Hidden Treasure Records will be a retail music shop designed to serve the increasing number of consumers interested in import and independent music products. The store will buy music and accessories from a variety of distributors that provide good quality and dependable service along with fair return policies. Hidden Treasure Records will resell them "as is" to our target market. Hidden Treasure Records will specialize in new records and compact discs that are current, and some that are hard to find at existing music stores. The store will only carry a limited amount of used records and compact discs. We will carry accessories like stickers and blank audio cassettes.
Hidden Treasure Records will advertise occasionally in the regional weekly and monthly publications. These newspapers will be widely distributed, and cover an expansive and diverse reading audience. Hidden Treasure will advertise sale items, as well as promote specialized items, so as to broaden our customer base. We will rely heavily on walk-in and drive-by traffic as opposed to relying on advertising. Hidden Treasure Records will schedule occasional in-store appearances, along with promotions and giveaways as marketing devices.
Hidden Treasure Records will offer a relaxed atmosphere with personalized attention, and listening stations for compact discs along with a record player behind the counter so potential customers can listen before purchasing. Our store will be decorated in a simple, comfortable style, with chairs to sit in while reading a magazine or listening to a compact disc. Hidden Treasure's future employees will be knowledgeable about music in general, but even more so about the specific nature of what we carry. Hidden Treasure Records will be located in approximately 1,000-1,500 square feet in the downtown Northbrook district. The store will maintain regular hours of Monday through Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., with the possibility of staying open later Thursday, Friday, Saturday night, and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. This location and these hours will be convenient to our customer base. Hidden Treasure Records will offer the opportunity for customers to special-order specific items if they are not in stock. Our store will also have a fax machine available to send and receive orders. We will also have a personal computer to offer goods through the Internet and, more specifically, the Hidden Treasure Records official web site where everything we have in stock will be posted and available for purchase by mail order. We expect it will take a little longer to generate sales through this method, as it will take longer to set up than the general store. Hidden Treasure Records will offer mail order service via UPS throughout the United States, and the world, for both computer and non-computer generated sales.

PLAN SUMMARY
HIDDEN TREASURE RECORDS L.C.
7145 Schilling Park Ave.
Northbrook, IL 60062
Identifying target customers is important for any business, and in this plan the entrepreneur actually creates a realistic hypothetical character sketch. The potential patron is clearly illustrated, providing evidence of the businessman's knowledge of his selected buyers. Entering into a niche market, the plan does an excellent job of illustrating the existence of demand and stating the desires of buyers, as well as how the business will fill the independent record label sales void in the area.

Plan Summary
This plan discusses opening a record store catering to the import and independent music buyer. It supports a loan request for $50,000.
Continuing changes in the dynamics of downtown Northbrook have resulted in a large growth within recent years in the number of people of all ages who enjoy shopping here. Primarily though, there is a high percentage of young people who come to Northbrook that like to purchase music, movies, clothes, coffee, antiques, and gifts. There is currently no store in Northbrook that adequately caters to this group's needs for a record store with a fairly priced, wide selection of imported and independent music. I propose to open Hidden Treasure Records to fill this gap. My goal is simple: to sell a wide selection of competitively priced music products to the alternative music connoisseur, and to provide a comfortable atmosphere for customers to listen to certain artists before purchasing their work.
My qualifications include over four years experience as a music buyer and assistant manager at both Replay Records (previously in Northbrook) and Wagonhouse Records in Bloomington, Illinois. During my tenure at Wagonhouse Records, as the buyer for alternative import and independent music, I more than doubled sales from this department in less than two years. I achieved this by getting to know the market very well, catering to my customers' needs and pricing accordingly.
The funds I wish to borrow will be allocated to procure my initial inventory as well as equipment, fixtures, lease arrangements, advertising, and working capital as indicated in this proposal. I hope to open my store by May 1, 1997. I am committed both to serving the alternative music buying customers of Northbrook and beyond, and meeting my personal financial and career goals.

Your Network Marketing success depends on a reliable source of high quality; qualified, responsive MLM Leads that are truly interested in starting their own home based business. This type of lead is not easy to find, but there are good Leads Company’s that do have them for sale.

When you start building your home business you will want Prospects that are serious and receptive, just like you. You will need leads that have responded to an online advertisement and have filled out our survey forms to find a home-based business of their own.

You will need training also get some scripts, handling objections, presentation, following up, closing, and other MLM leads topics.
Most MLM leads are shared with 3 to 5 distributors and sold numerous times. For the most part, try to find leads that have only been sold 2 times no more. Mlm leads are generated over the Internet. Targeted mlm leads are the favorite of many Networkers I talked to, as it gives people a more focused lead, and a more targeted impact.
From : http://www.amazines.com/MLM
The Life Blood of Your Network Marketing Business
MLM leads that are targeted for your network marketing business are considered by most industry veterans as the quickest way to build your home based business.
Making a list of your friends and family is definitely a proven way to building your network marketing business as well. Unfortunately this strategy is often met with a lot of resistance. Many people just do not want to sell to their warm markets.
MLM Leads come in many forms and quality like if they are exclusive, real time, phone interviewed, aged, and the list goes on. Sometimes you can even get your hands on lists of opportunity seekers or genealogy lists.
Prospecting can become a lot of fun when you are talking to prospects that have already expressed an interest in making money from home.
When you go to purchase mlm leads make sure you do your homework. Typically fresh targeted prospects are more responsive, but this is not always the case.
If a lead is slightly aged, it's price goes down dramatically but it is the same quality person on the other side of the phone. Aged prospects are a great way to get a much higher number of people to talk to for the price.
Since network marketing at it's core is a numbers game, the more qualified people you can talk to on a daily basis the more successful you are going to be.
Finding the right source of opportunity seekers to talk to could prove to be one of the fastest ways to create momentum in your own personal recruiting as well as building a solid and productive team.
Get Free Network Marketing Leads
Are the names of people you want to introduce to your network marketing opportunity decreasing? Or are you still doing cold-callings to strangers who are not the least bit interested in what you have to offer? Then, this means that you are approaching your business the wrong way.
With the improvement of technology and increasing usage of the internet all around the world, you can get loads of free network marketing leads by using the internet. Some of the techniques are so simple that even a kid can do it.
Here are 5 ways you can generate network marketing leads on the internet for free.
1. Article Marketing
You might have heard of it a lot of times but article marketing does work and it still is. You write an article on the topic of network marketing or something about your product and then submit them to article directories like Ezine Articles. Once your articles are published, you will get people reading your articles and going to your website to check your offer or for more information.
The good thing about article marketing is that you do it once and the articles stay there forever which means you will get a constant flow of visitors. It also gives you a permanent backlink to your website which will increase your rankings on the search engines and so more exposure to potential leads.
2. Blogging
Blogging is one of the easiest way to generate free network marketing leads on the internet. You can easily setup a blog for free on Blogger.com or Wordpress.com and then post quality information about network marketing on your blog. Major search engines like Google loves blogs so if you post information frequently, you might see a stream of search engine visitors to your blogs.
Blogs can also become immensely popular at a very short time because you can easily get people to spread the news via word-of-mouth. The reason is that you can add your personal touch and recommendation on blogs which make it more personal as compared to a sales letter or flyers. You can also brand yourself as an expert and be regarded as an authority on your subject matter by blogging.
3. Creating and Spreading eBooks
Creating and spreading your ebooks is one way of getting more exposure of you network marketing opportunity to potential partners. You write a short ebook or report on network marketing and remember to include recommended links to your network marketing opportunity. Once you have done this, give it away and also allow them to give it away to their friends or subscribers. This will make your ebook go viral and spread like wildfire around the internet. Increase exposure equals to increase network marketing leads.
If you don't want to write an ebook from scratch, you can use PLR (Private Label Rights) content. Just rewrite it to make it unique to you and then give it away. You can even outsource the writing or rewriting of ebooks to ghostwriters if you don't have the time or the flair to write.
4. Building a Mailing List
Some people will not be instantly attracted to the opportunity that you offer. It is like asking someone to marry you on the first date. It doesn't happen that way. You have to build a relationship with your subscribers or your leads first. In order to build a relationship, you will need to build a mailing list. You give out free quality and valuable information to your list and after a while your list will trust and like you because you keep giving them valuable information. Once they like and trust you, they would not say "no" to any opportunity that you offer them.
Another advantage of building your own mailing list is because that if lets say the network marketing company that you are working for goes bankrupt, you won't have to worry because you still have your list with you. You can just find another good company and recommend it to your list. You will instantly build your downline again and get recurring profits.
5. Social Networking
Nowadays there are a lot of social networking sites coming up. Examples are MySpace, Facebook and Friendster. These social networking sites has millions of people visiting them everyday and if we can tap on these sites, we will be generating tons of free network marketing leads. Sign up to these social networking sites, it is free. Make friends with people in there, the more friends the better. Now that you have a lot of friends, post quality content in there. You can post the same content as your blog post and put a link for them to come to your blog to read more.
When you do this consistently, people see you as an expert in your niche. So when you have an opportunity to offer, a lot of people will join you because they see you as an authority and an expert. People tend to follow others whom they think is successful.
At the end of the day, people tend to overlook these simple methods and try to go their own way trying out the latest tricks and techniques. These 5 simple methods may take a while to take effect but without a doubt it works. You just have to be consistent in implementing the techniques and you will see the results.
Build It And They Will Come
Attraction Marketing is a relatively new concept among network marketers. For the last half a century networkers have been taught to approach family and friends to build their businesses, and when their ‘warm’ market is tapped, to go after anyone within talking distance, hence the ‘3 foot rule’. This ridiculous ideology has all but trashed the MLM industry’s reputation. No wonder it has such a negative connotation to so many people.
Well, if you’ve been ‘coachable’ and following the directions of your ill-informed upline, then you can most likely relate. It’s the ‘old school’ ideology and 90+ percent of all network marketers are being taught this. So it’s not your fault that you’ve had little or no success employing these sometimes agonizing tactics.
Now some people can have very good success with those types of methods but most of us cannot. That’s why the failure rate in MLM is so high.
Attraction Marketing is the life preserver most network marketers desperately need. If you’ve been struggling to stay afloat, read on…
What exactly is ‘Attraction Marketing’?
Well, simply stated, it’s a method of marketing that ‘pulls’ people in. There are two types of marketing: ‘push marketing’ and ‘pull marketing’. ‘Push’ means that your marketing efforts (word-of-mouth, email, Internet, brochures, etc.) are pushed out to your audience. ‘Pull’ means that the audience is pulled in by your marketing efforts.
For example, someone finds something you authored through a Google search. It could be an article, newsletter or even a forum post. They like what they’ve read and therefore, click to find out more about you and what you have to offer.
This method is so much more effective and enjoyable. Properly done, you’ll have hundreds of people every month requesting more information from you—people who are interested in what you have to say because you’ve positioned yourself to be a leader and an expert in your field. You’ll have the self-respect and satisfaction of a professional network marketer. Nice.
So how do you actually begin using Attraction Marketing to build your business?
The idea is to build a web presence (blogs, articles, web sites, forum posts, etc.) so that people can find you. Your web presence is your magnet. Then you want to give your audience a way to request more information from you, whether that’s in the form of an ebook, newsletter or free report of some kind. By doing so, you’ll begin to build a list of people interested in what you have to offer. And lastly, communicate with your list. Give them value on a regular basis. So here’s the Attraction Marketing model: Marketing —> Lead Capture —> List —> Communicate.
To do Attraction Marketing right, you have to invest some time toward educating yourself on the topic. It’s somewhat complex and can be overwhelming at first. But don’t let that stop you from getting starting. It is a building block process. A good starting place is to download and read this free ebook: click here.
I compare it moving into your first apartment. You have maybe a beanbag chair and a wooden orange crate for a coffee table. Then you begin adding furniture and decorations, and before you know it, you’ve got so much stuff you’re ready to move out and get a bigger place.
Get started on it today. In three to four months, you’ll be glad you did!
MLM Tip's
Multi Level Marketing Tips
The internet is huge right now and it is a goldmine to people who knows how to tap on it. There is no more need for you to do cold calling and gathering business cards in order to get prospects in the physical world. If you want to build a huge network marketing downline, you need to learn online prospecting techniques.
There are two ways to drive traffic and get more prospects. The first way is to use Free traffic generation method and the second way is to use Paid traffic methods. Both of these methods can be equally effective if use correctly.
Free traffic consists of blogging, forum posting, article marketing, organic search engine traffic, viral marketing and free press releases.
Paid traffic consists of Pay Per Click (PPC), CPA advertising, paid press releases, paid banner advertising, sponsored reviews, co-registration lists and also includes hiring or outsourcing the traffic generation methods.
Most people will start with the free traffic generation methods because they do not want take any risk until they understand how things work or until they see some results.
You can use blogs, post some quality information on it and drive traffic to your blog. You can also buy a domain name at low cost so as to brand yourself. Branding yourself from the start is recommended as it can build your credibility. Using blogs is also an advantage because search engines love blogs. This mean you can get free organic traffic just by constantly posting in your blog. Writing articles on network marketing and submitting them to article directories will also drive traffic to your blog. Other free ways to get traffic are forum posting and commenting on other people's blog.
When you start seeing profits using the free traffic methods, you can start investing in paid traffic. The advantage of paid online prospecting is that you can get as much traffic as you want. When you use Pay Per Click (PPC) advertising programs like Google Adwords, you can start getting traffic in just 15 minutes to half an hour. That is how fast you can start seeing traffic. You can also invest in banner advertising on other people's website or blogs. Co-registration lists can also be very effective if done correctly.
Once you start receiving traffic, make sure you link them to your lead capture page or squeeze page. It is not recommended for you link them to the straight to sales page of the network marketing opportunity. Our focus is to get the person's name and email address so that we can contact him or her constantly. Send follow up emails preselling them on the opportunity that you are offering and when the time is right, they will turn into your long term partners as well.

MLM Home Business Video Marketing
Back in 2006 when I first became a member on YouTube, I instantly knew there was massive potential in my affiliate and network marketing ventures. I felt I had uncovered a goldmine for accumulating the residual income I was seeking. With my entrepreneur mentality, I could see many incredible things that could be done with video marketing. This was essentially new territory for many business owners, but no individual could've predicted the rapid growth that has occurred in only the last couple years.
Are you aware YouTube is the third most frequented site worldwide? Ron Paul is a great example of how the viral effects of video can skyrocket notoriety and fame. He raised in excess of 6 million dollars in grassroots campaign contributions in one day, all from this social media boom! YouTube was very instrumental in this, as that his videos were continuously shown on the front page because of the truckloads of ratings, comments, and favorites.
Here's the deal. Folks are lazy, plain and simple. People would much rather view a video than read a newspaper, article, or other forms of print media. Large TV networks are trying to team-up and compete with YouTube, since very little amounts of viewers are turning to evening television news stations for information anymore! The laggards that haven't capitalized on this social media explosion, are on the endangered species list since the mlm home business marketplace is very competitive in nature.
For over 2.5 years now, I've been showing home biz owners and network marketers how to literally crush their competition and own their community and niche. I am the creator of a tested video training series that teaches home-based business owners and many other professionals how to leverage web 2.0 social media websites like Myspace, YouTube, Facebook, and Squidoo to get massive quantities of highly-targeted leads calling them every day. The most amazing part is that it's all done without ever having to spend one single dollar on advertising!
Many have credited me with single-handedly making history and transforming the "antiquated" ways of marketing very quickly. These strategies and tactics have stunned many conventional network marketing consultants and sponsors, as they've started to become aware they are about to become extinct. The market has changed dramatically in the past three years. These secret techniques are what the experts utilize and are for those that who are searching to put there marketing on steroids!
Videos on social networks like YouTube, stay on the websites and continue to do the work for you even while you sleep. The most wealthy business owners in the world leverage this way. Your audience also gets to know you well and verifies that you are a real person. By positioning yourself in the special way I teach, your subscribers will grow quickly and the possibility exists to make a killing. I speak from first-hand experience. Potential new members to your downline will also be open to your message since they will feel like they they've already spoken with you personally before contact you on the phone.
In my 30 video training system, even a beginner can copy the simple techniques I've used to consistently dominate my local competition and own Google on the searches. For example, I blanket the first page of Google search in several of my ventures. Many times this was accomplished by submitting one video and using just one insider trick I show people I coach. I have applied this method with high precision to other successful affiliate ventures, too. The possibilities are endless, as to what you can learn from this program.
Wouldn't you agree that life is supposed to be prosperous with a great deal of enjoyment. Skillful marketing on social media websites allows you time and flexibility to do what you want to do throughout the day. Implement these strategies that I've just mentioned to begin your journey with new ways to market your mlm business and other businesses. This will be a fun experience and you'll amass new members like crazy, allowing you to realize your dreams.

Manage Online Business
When you are settled on the actual area of online or home business to go into, there are a couple of things that you can do to make your daily tasks much easier.
One thing to take a look at is your working space. Do you feel as though your office or working area gives you the “right feel” and does it provide an atmosphere that promotes work, rather than relaxation? If not, consider keeping a desk that has the necessary papers and tools available within easy reach so that you do not have to waste time looking for things. Recommendations are: a blotter with dates, a stapler, a filing system with trays or with folders, pens, CD discs, a phone, a scanner and printer. You can have a mailing station set up on another table if you do a lot of mailing packages, tapes, or cds. Have all the accessories you need such as mailing envelopes, tape, address labels, zip code directory, etc. available and within easy reach. Keep your main desk clean and use space so that there is a feeling of "productivity" when you sit at your computer.
Do not have schedules of the kids and other things in your life imposing on your work environment. When you are at your desk, spend the time contemplating your work and what you want to accomplish for that time because it is so very easy to wake up and find you have spent two hours reading email and checking out links.
Make a check list the night before to keep on track of your next day's activities. This is great for helping you to accomplish more. Every time you cross something off your list it instils a sense of accomplishment and pride. This builds up momentum and carries you through all of the coming tasks that need done both in the immediate outset and the long term. Keeping the list in priority status also keeps you on track and gets the most accomplished for the day.
A benefit of the home environment is the ability to set the environment to a standard that keeps you in a good frame of mind. You could try just having nice background music playing while you work.
It is also a good idea to get up and stretch once in a while. Go to the refrigerator for a water or get an apple to eat while you contemplate the computer screen and your work. Remember, you are your own boss, so there is no one to tell you that you cannot eat at your desk! However, there is also no one to tell you that you should not spend working time playing games online, either, so you have to make yourself do what is on your schedule and your priority list to grow your business. It is just a matter of learning the appropriate methods to enable you to work in the manner that seems best and most efficient for you.
Once you are serious about your work and your workday, you will find a tremendous sense of confidence and pride and will know that your abilities are more than enough to fulfil your life's dream and ambition.
Being Successful In MLM
The first main thing that must be addressed is the actual program itself. It must be a system that can be duplicated: meaning that anyone who signs up to it can simply plug into the system and be on there way with minimal supervision.
The system must have step by step progressive guidance built in so that anyone, regardless of experience can make use of it. There should be a forum to allow other members to communicate with each other and bounce ideas around. There should of course be some kind of contact form to allow for questions to be asked (all emails should be responded to in under 72 hours).
The system must also try to stand out in some form; don’t just be a carbon copy of other business that are out there. The system must be easy to follow. They payments made by the program to you must be prompt and safe. The program should be cheap and ideally free.
The second main thing is the sponsor’s role (that’s you). You must be assuring to your referrals and guide them if/when they need it. No system is perfect and so you will likely have to fill in the blanks and even expand on the fundamental system from time to time.
You must be willing and able to confidently communicate with your referrals on a regular basis. You should keep solid records of who is on your team. You should set up an autoresponder to allow for the easy contacting of your many referrals. You must adopt an active learning pattern that keeps you on top of your game; you don’t need to know everything but try to know some stuff really well.
The bottom line is, the sponsor must adopt all of the good roles of a boss, but none of the bad roles that a boss can have. In other words, be supportive and be as a teacher but don’t try to pressure you referrals. You are not in charge of them, they will have likely started an online business to get away from the nagging boss so don’t adopt that position.
Network Marketing Business
Network marketing success is dependent on a variety of factors. Company leadership, training systems, compensation plans and product offerings all must be carefully evaluated. Their is one strategy, however, that is crucial to the success of a network marketing business. This article will reveal that strategy.
It is amazing how many individuals involved with network marketing fail to follow up with prospects. Or, if they do follow up with a prospect, they go about it in a counter productive manner. Proper follow-up is a skill that must be learned, yet few companies train distributors thoroughly on the topic.
Most network marketing companies have an "instant gratification" mentality.
For a prospect to make the decision to become part of an organization, several aspects of their lives must be in order. They must have the time to work the business, the money to fund the business, and the desire to make the business successful.
When you first review your opportunity with a prospect, only a small percentage will be in a position to make a firm decision. Their current circumstances prevent them from starting a business.
But, circumstances change!
Enter, your secret weapon. And, that secret weapon is strategic follow-up. To effectively follow-up, subscribing to a good autoresponder service is a must. Sending e-mails on a regualr basis is a great way to keep in touch with your prospects.
Never send e-mails that are pushy and overly promotional. Your prospects will just get turned off, and they will stop accepting your messages. Rather, send your prospects useful information and helpful resources. If you write articles, sending prospects links to your best articles establishes you as an expert.
Informing your prospects of upcoming company events, and new product offerings can also be effective. After you have established yourself as a trusted resource, it is perfectly okay to approach your prospects about your opportunity again.
Who knows, they may approach you first!
Continue to send e-mails to your prospects indefinitely. You want to reach your prospect at the exact time that they are ready to make a decision. Timing is everything!
In conclusion, just because a prospect says "no"to your offering initially, does not mean they will never be interested in your business. Lives change. Priorities change. The key to network marketing success is "gentle" persistence. You want your opportunity fresh on the mind of a prospect when they are ready to take action.

Managing Your Time
The ability to manage your time wisely is an important skill to master, not only in the workplace but all areas of your life. People who know how to manage their time are able to achieve more on a daily basis than those who don’t. There are ways you can improve your time management skills.
If you have trouble getting things done at work, it could be the result of a schedule being created for you by a professional. Management may take this upon themselves to ensure the office, restaurant, or other place of business runs efficiently. The United States lags behind other countries when it comes to time management. If you ever work with someone overseas, you will quickly pick up on how well they are able to manage their time.
I used to work as a secretary for a company with offices located in the US and overseas. They flew in staff from Belfast, Ireland to teach other staff in the US who to manage their time effectively. While it was expensive, management felt overall it would be an investment that saved the company money.
To make this reorganization work, the employees from Ireland observed US employees during their regular work routine. They consultants were able to devise a plan for the company to work as a unit rather than independently. Once the plan was in place, we were amazed that so much more was being accomplished with us all working together.
This time management plan lead to better communication among staff members. I became efficient at working together with others as well as delegating tasks. I decided to implement the same type of plan at home.
Together with my husband, we made a list of what needs to be accomplished. Using the divide and conquer approach, things run smoothly at home and we have plenty of time to play with our daughter.
Tips On Business Investment
Use CRM to Announce New Products
Since CRM offers a database for collecting and storing customer information, it can do the same for journalist contacts. Microsoft CRM is fully integrated with the Microsoft Office System, so it is easy to create press releases using Word or flyers or invitations using Publisher and then automatically distribute them to appropriate contacts from the database. And, as shown below, it also integrates with Outlook to support effective and timely e-mail communications.

If there is a development that warrants an immediate announcement to the media, the database can be quickly sorted and the announcement personalised for appropriate recipients by type of media, area of specialty, geographic coverage area or other appropriate designations.
